Busy Busy Busy and a house

So life has been so busy lately. The lack of posts is probably due to so much going on. As by my previous posts there has been a mission call for Marcus' parents, so of course there must be a grand get together. Aria has started crawling, and keeping me on my toes keeping the floor clean and her out of things she ought to say out of. Landon started counseling at school. We have figured out that a short temper, perfectionist, very smart, and anxiety causes a difficult, stubborn kid at home and school sometimes. It has been helping me the most meeting with the counselor getting better ideas on how to work and manage him. Marcus took his PE Exam and was are still waiting for the results with fingers crossed. That in itself was highly stressful because he studied every other night for two months and the last month practically every night. I have to say I am so glad he finished school, because it was hard. So please please please pass so we don't have to do it again.

The weekend he took his test we finally put in an offer to a house we wanted over a year ago. It was a short sale last year, and we had an offer in. It ended up foreclosing and so we have been for it to come on the market again. When it did in January it was over priced so we had been waiting for the price to drop into our price range. It finally did. We put our offer in and after going back and forth quite a few times five to be exact they finally accepted our offer. We are planning on closing in the middle of May and painting and cleaning and moving in at the end of the month after school is out. We are so excited. Here are some of the before pictures.
